LOUNSBERRY

Chuck Lounsberry
Youngest associate in firm history now leads digital visualization
38, Sr. Associate/Landscape Architect
Stantec
Boston

Lounsberry leads Stantec's design visualization services, which include photo realistic renderings, 3D modeling, animations and other visuals that bring ideas to life. Realizing early on that the modeling and software aspects of the field were what interested him, Lounsberry essentially created his own career path. He took a nascent facet of the design industry and helped turn it into one of Stantec's greatest strengths. He was promoted to associate at age 23, making him the youngest associate in company history. Now a senior associate, he has grown his group from a team of one in Boston to 14 designers who work all over the world and help Stantec win major projects.
