Ashok Kothari

KOTHARI
was named global projects director at Parsons Brinckerhoff. A 38-year veteran of PB, Kothari will continue his role as project director for the Westside Subway Extension in Los Angeles while providing oversight to large infrastructure projects worldwide.

Linda Bohlinger has joined Parsons Brinckerhoff as a principal consultant for the firm's transportation clients. She has 36 years of industry experience and worked for 15 years at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Robert Newsom was appointed managing principal for Leo A Daly's Los Angeles office. With a career spanning 40 years, he most recently served as a vice president for HNTB Architecture. A fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Newsom is a past president of the association's Los Angeles chapter.

Dianne Lee

LEE
was hired by the Los Angeles office of Austin Commercial as director of strategic initiatives and client relations. She comes to the role after serving as a Middle East-based business development manager for Parsons International.

Christopher Manis has assumed the role of vice chancellor, facilities management, for the San Diego Community College District. He will oversee a $1.6-billion bond construction program for the state's second-largest community college district. He previously served as deputy director of installation and logistics at the Marine Corps Air Station in Miramar.
