Agnes Otto has been named manager of integrated solutions for engineer Parsons Brinckerhoff's Americas Technical Excellence Center in Kansas City, Mo.,

Jon Scholz, Andy Greco and Fred Wenger have joined the Milwaukee office of construction manager Gilbane Building Co. Scholz brings 30 years of industry experience to his role as senior project executive. Greco, a veteran of health care, office, retail, government and industrial projects, is serving as area superintendent for the firm. Wenger, a marketing veteran, serves as marketing coordinator and proposal specialist.
