R.E. "Ed" McWhorter has joined Orlando-based construction manager Williams Co. as director of business development. McWhorter has 30 years of industry experience and previously worked as president and director of business strategies for SIKON Construction Co. He has completed more than 50 projects for Target.

Michelle Teachout has joined AutoBuilders General Contracting Services, West Palm Beach, Fla., as vice president of finance and human resources. Teachout has been with the firm for more than 20 years, most recently serving as corporate controller and human resources director.
Matt Bracewell has joined Burns & McDonnell, Alpharetta, Ga., as a senior engineer for the firm's water practice. Bracewell has 17 years of experience and most recently worked for a regional engineering firm as a contracts engineer and project manager.

Brett Wallace has been named a senior supervising planner in the Charlotte office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. A transit planner and engineer, Wallace has spent the past 15 years working at other national consulting firms.
Ben Huffman was named regional health care project director for Skanska USA's Durham, N.C., office. In his new position, Huffman will continue to oversee projects for University of North Carolina Hospital Systems as he assists with plans to grow the contractor's health care business in North Carolina.

Brian Cholmondeley was named the vice president and Cat Rental Store east coast sales manager for Ring Power Corp., St. Augustine, Fla.
In addition, Jerry Buford was promoted to the position of vice president and Cat Rental Store west coast sales manager for Ring Power.
Ryan Stallings was appointed assistant vice president and sales manager for Ring Power Corp. Stallings began his career as a Cat Rental Store sales manager in 2005.
Mike Beauregard was promoted to assistant vice president and utility equipment sales manager for Ring Power.
Additionally, Keith Summerline was named assistant vice president and crane used equipment sales manager for Ring Power, while Shelley Minzenberg was named assistant vice president and human resources manager. She has more than 25 years of related experience.
Nicole Flier has joined general contractor RCC Associates, Deerfield Beach, Fla., as director of business development. Flier has more than 20 years of construction industry experience, including nine in the South Florida region.
In addition, was promoted to the position of regional diversity director for Skanska USA, Durham. Jones has worked for Skanska for nearly nine years, most recently as diversity manager.
