PB's Tampa office announced that James Lynch has been named a senior supervising construction engineer. Lynch has 30 years of experience in mechanical and environmental engineering. The company also named Amanda Correia as a supervising traffic engineer in its Tampa office.

Josh Rowan has joined construction consultancy MBP as branch manager for the firm's Atlanta office. Rowan, with 18 years of industry experience, previously served as client service leader with Jacobs in Atlanta. He has international infrastructure project experience in Tanzania and Mozambique.

Paul Koch

KOCH
has been appointed as Stantec's Southeast regional leader. He will oversee 500 staffers in 14 offices located across six states. Based in Raleigh, Koch has more than 24 years of industry experience.

Betsy L. Watson, also based in Stantec's Raleigh office, has been named managing leader for transportation in the Raleigh and Charleston, S.C., offices. Watson, with 16 years of related experience, previously worked as a project manager.

Kenneth Hill joined Stantec's Charleston office as project director in the program and project management practice. Hill has 20 years of experience in the management and coordination of facilities and equipment for health care systems and military commands.

 

Steven Marquart recently joined the Port St. Lucie, Fla., office of consultant Miller Legg as a senior engineer. Marquart has 35 years of industry experience, with expertise in state and federal grant writing and administration, stormwater management, hurricane/disaster recovery and redevelopment funding assistance.

 

 

Claudia Holliway

has been promoted to national aviation market leader for Michael Baker International, Lake Park, Ga. Previously, Holliway served as national aviation business developer for LPA Group/Michael Baker Jr. Inc. Prior to that, she served as vice president of a Nashville construction management consulting firm.

Paul McIlree has been promoted to the position of vice president and national practice leader for alternative delivery at Michael Baker International in Miramar Beach, Fla. He has more than 16 years of experience in the fields of transportation design and design-build project delivery.

Marc Walch has joined Dewberry's Orlando office as a senior associate and market sector leader. In this role, he will provide management and technical expertise for water-related projects throughout the Southeast region. Walch, who has more than 37 years of utility engineering and consulting experience, served as project manager for a $3-billion revenue bond restructuring that brought Jefferson County, Ala., out of bankruptcy in 2013.

In its Raleigh office, Dewberry has hired Alysen Nassif as marketing manager for the firm's newly formed energy solutions group. Nassif has more than 10 years of energy solutions-related marketing and project coordination experience.

In Atlanta, Dewberry has promoted Kevin Slover to associate. A senior scientist, Slover has more than 15 years of remote-sensing experience.

Mathew Adamira has joined the Orlando office of Dewberry as a civil and structural engineer. In this role, Adamira will perform structural analysis and design for telecom sites.

Fin B. Bonset has joined the Orlando office of Atkins as a sector manager for the firm's national airport planning business. Bonset is focused on using geographic information systems to develop an electronic airport layout plan for the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. He previously served as an adjunct professor in airport planning and design at the Florida Institute of Technology.

Dave Butler has joined Atlanta-based New South Construction as vice president of operations. In this role, Butler will be responsible for the firm's municipal/criminal justice and health care market sectors. Butler most recently led Rooker and Associates as president and construction manager from 2011 to 2014. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager with Turner Construction Co., Atlanta. He has more than 33 years of industry experience.

formerly executive director of the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority (TBARTA), has joined Parsons Brinckerhoff as vice president and Tampa area manager. Clifford has 28 years of experience in the planning and construction of transportation facilities. As TBARTA's executive director from 2009 to 2014, Clifford served as the chief executive and administrative officer for the seven-county regional transportation agency with responsibility for planning, designing, operating and constructing facilities and services in the Tampa Bay area.
