ENR Southeast's Top 20 Under 40 — In addition to his role as a managing principal with the Integral Group, Stanton Stafford currently serves as chairman and chief financial officer of the Lifecycle Building Center of Greater Atlanta, a nonprofit focused on bulk waste stream diversion through building material salvage and reuse, with a goal of diverting 1 million lbs of construction materials from the waste stream annually.

Local leader is passionate about promoting sustainability

As a senior project manager with Jones Lang LaSalle, Will Weaver serves as the firm's sustainability practice lead for the South region, working with local and national accounts to execute projects needing sustainable business expertise, such as the LEED EB certifications for 11 Bank of America projects. But Weaver's leadership in the field of sustainability goes well beyond his own job. In 2005, he helped found the U.S. Green Building Council's Charlotte Region Chapter and has served in several leadership positions for the group since that time, including his current roles as chapter representative to Envision Charlotte and the Mecklenburg Livable Communities Initiative. More recently, Weaver helped publicly issue the 2015 Green Roof Challenge—which encouraged Charlotte officials to incorporate vegetative roof systems into the construction of 20% of all new city construction projects—and then spearheaded the city's first-ever green roof symposium.
