General contractor Samet Corp. of Greensboro, N.C., recently started construction of a $30-million senior-living facility in Charlotte, N.C. According to the contractor, the Brightmore Senior Living facility will feature 138 independent-living units, along with 16 assisted-living and 14 memory-care units. Liberty Healthcare of Wilmington, N.C., is the project owner.
