Anthony Jeffers has been hired as a project manager for Johnson Carlier, Tempe, Ariz. Jeffers has more than a decade of experience in construction management, design, real estate and client development. Prior to joining Johnson Carlier, Jeffers was a project manager at Adolfson & Peterson Construction.
Johnson Carlier has also hired Michael Fischer as a senior project superintendent and Elizabeth Thiem as a project engineer. Fischer previously worked at High Desert Communications as a construction manager and at Kitchell Contractors of Arizona as a senior project superintendent. Previous projects he oversaw include the Flagstaff Medical Center, Arizona Mills Mall and Arizona Factory Shops in New River.
Prior to joining Johnson Carlier, Thiem was a project coordinator at Midstate Mechanical and was also a project engineer at Chanen Construction. Her portfolio of projects includes Talking Stick Resort and Spa and Midwestern University.

With a career spanning 30 years, Bartle has led property management divisions for such firms as RREEF, Cushman and Wakefield and Pacific Office Properties, directing more than $2 billion in real estate investments for more than 100 clients. has been hired by Jokake Construction's Phoenix office as director and project manager of the firm's hospitality building team. He brings more than 30 years of construction experience to Jokake and has managed the preconstruction and construction phases of some of the largest resort hotels in the Valley.
