Birgitta Foster has joined ACAI Associates Inc. as the director of facilities integration and will manage the firm's new Albuquerque office. She has served as the assisting director of the buildingSMART alliance for the past two years and is currently a representative for buildingSMART International.
Brock Grayson has joined Layton Construction in Phoenix as vice president of the Arizona business unit. Grayson spent 16 years at Ware Malcomb Architects and was architect-of-record for Layton's build-out of the Fender Musical Instruments headquarters in Scottsdale. He also partnered with Layton on the design and construction of the Marshalls distribution facility in Phoenix.
Chandra Reilly has been hired by the Phoenix office of Sundt Construction Inc. as project director for the Southwest district. Reilly, who is affiliated with the Construction Management Association of America-Arizona and the Alliance for Construction Excellence, will work on a variety of commercial, hospitality, retail, entertainment, government and cultural facilities.
John Yuter has joined Littlejohn Engineering in Phoenix as a senior project manager. He will be responsible for leading the office's public-sector practice.
Chuck Williams has been hired by Stantec as a senior project manager in the firm's Tucson, Ariz., water practice. Williams previously operated an independent water-planning consulting firm that provided services for projects across the Southwest.
