Keith Sitzman has been named senior project manager for contractor Skanska's San Antonio office. During his 10 years with the New York City-based construction firm, Sitzman has primarily been involved with the construction management of health care and education projects.

 

Brad Blankenship has joined Cassidy Turley as managing director of project and development services. He will lead the company's project and development services in Texas. During his 32-year career, Blankenship has managed construction projects valued at more than $2.7 billion, including an 800,000-sq-ft corporate conference and lodging facility. Blankenship most recently served as managing director of Dallas-Fort Worth project and development services for Chicago-based program management firm Jones Lang LaSalle.

 

Kirby-Smith has made two recent additions. David Cooper has joined the firm as branch manager for the company's Dallas location. He has spent nearly 40 years in the equipment industry and will oversee day-to-day operations for the branch. Gary Corley has joined the company as paving manager. He brings more than 40 years of experience in the asphalt-paving industry.

 

Gary W. Belzung has joined Williamsport, Pa.-based Larson Design Group in San Antonio. The office is the first in Texas for the engineer-architect, which ranks at No. 392 on ENR's list of the Top 500 Design Firms.

 

STG Design recently announced several promotions in its Austin office. Wendy Rosamond was elevated to associate principal. She joined STG Design in 1998 as a project designer and now is responsible for managing major interior design projects and production activities. Shawn Dubiel was named associate principal. She oversees the quality assurance program for STG's interior design studio. Jennifer Mejia was promoted to associate. As a project director, she manages design teams and services for a wide range of project types. Christina Myers has also been elevated to associate. Joining STG Design in 2004, she now is the company's accounting manager.
