Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc. (WJE) has promoted Lee Lawrence to director of practice development. Lawrence has served as Austin unit manager since August 2001. Before joining WJE, Lawrence was with the materials and test division of the Texas Dept. of Transportation.
In addition, Matt Carlton, who joined WJE in 1995, has been promoted to unit manager. Carlton has been associate unit manager since 2013.
