The MDF Series of Long Reach Air Tools are designed for a wide variety of removal and surface preparation applications. The MDF15 weighs only 10 lb, and is designed for removal of vinyl, ceramic tile and material buildup at heights above waist-level and overhead. It can produce 3,700 blows per minute with a required flow rate of 6 cfm at 90 psi. The heavy-duty MDF35 employs an internal valve mechanism, which allows the piston to deliver a more powerful blow. It is well-suited to removing slag and scale materials at industrial sites. It can produce 3,100 blows per minute with a required flow rate of 11 cfl at 90 psi. Both models feature a tool-integrated protection system which provides extra 360° support around the tool shank. A 60-ft whip hose comes standard.
