Located in the Clayton, Mo., Business District, this 17-story high-rise is being constructed with a concrete frame and transparent glass skin.
The facility will include a plaza area with decorative landscaping features, including outdoor seating, a waterfall and a fire pit.
More than 1,000 parking spaces are located in the eight-story parking garage, which includes underground executive parking spaces beneath the facility. In addition, this project includes 28,500 sq ft of retail space.
The project is pursuing LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
