The event, whose theme this year was the �Roaring Twenties� celebrated Stalco�s impressive 100% growth in 2009 with nearly 200 commercial real estate, construction, architecture, and finance professionals from New York City and Long Island and was held at Stalco Construction, Inc.�s headquarters in Islandia, New York. Kahn was recently help at The Plaza Hotel in Manhattan in which District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau was honored with the prestigious Franklin Delano Roosevelt Distinguished Public Service Award. The Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park recently launched an exhibit showcasing President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Architect Louis I. Kahn as well as the history of the park which will be built on Roosevelt Island, a maquette and renderings. The exhibit took place in the lobby of the Steelcase building at 4 Columbus Circle.
