Since February 2006, SSR has been located in The Weitz Building. The new Denver Tech Center location features more than 20,000 sq ft of office space, two times larger than the firm’s previous office. The open floor plan and collaborative workspace is designed to allow employees to communicate more efficiently.

The Denver office continues to focus on healthcare and higher education projects, providing services that include structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, communications and technology, electrical, construction management, LEED facilitation, commissioning and BIM.

Opus Northwest’s Denver office moved into the new 1400 Wewatta office building in Denver’s Lower Downtown.

The building is part of a two-building development by Opus Northwest that includes the 1400 Wewatta office building and the 1401 Wynkoop mixed-use building, complete with 22 luxury residences.

The Denver office of national law firm Polsinelli Shughart PC relocated to a new building in Denver’s Lower Downtown.

The firm’s new space at 1515 Wynkoop St. accommodates the Denver office’s 25 attorneys and other staff members, as well as its plans for future expansion.

Polsinelli Shughart was formed on Feb. 1, following the merger of two Kansas City-based law firms: Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC, and Shughart Thomson & Kilroy PC.
