The Larry H. Miller Megaplex Theatre is a new anchor for the redevelopment of the Valley Fair Mall. The project features 15 state-of-the-art, fully digital theaters, including one that is 3D IMAX. Two theaters include "D-Box" seating for a 4D entertainment experience. The theaters can seat up to 4,300 people. The theater addition also includes an expanded food court for a dine-in movie experience with seating for 120 people. An events center is connected to the food court with room to host 240 people for conferences or company events.
Green features include highly sustainable materials, and the theaters are located within walking distance of mass transit. This is the first LEED-certified theater complex in Utah.
