The new Residential Life Student Housing complex is at the south end of the Weber State University campus. Five residence halls were demolished to make way for its three buildings, which are three-level, above-grade steel-and-concrete, masonry-unit block structures, each with 40 to 60 units. They include lounges, gathering spaces, kitchenettes, work-out facilities, laundry rooms, meeting spaces, storage, building services areas, a convenience store and a commercial kitchen. The buildings form a quad in the center, where students can relax in front of a fire pit, enjoy beautifully landscaped walking paths or spend an afternoon at the sand volleyball court.
