Ocala-based Edwards Construction Services was awarded a contract to build the J.J. Taylor Warehouse in Jacksonville. This beverage transfer facility will be constructed utilizing tilt-wall panels and insulated cooler panels. Construction will include 4,600 sq ft of office space, 3,000 sq ft of refrigerated cooler and 17,000 sq ft of warehouse.

Other features include 10 dock positions and a single-ply roof over insulated lightweight concrete.
