The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association that serves Dallas and Fort Worth recently named Duane Gonzales as the Construction Worker of the Year. Gonzales is a project manager for DeSoto-based Warrior Group.

Gonzales is a construction industry veteran with 18 years of experience including purchasing and facilities management, construction management and operations. For Warrior Group he is responsible for budget analysis, cost controls, field management, forecasts and pre-construction services. His expertise includes quality assurance and control.
