D. Thomas Goderre, P.E., LEED AP has been named district operations manager for Gilbane Building Co.’s Phoenix office. He is a 23-year veteran who joined Gilbane in 1997. Goderre has been involved in a number of major projects including the City of Phoenix Police Department Crime Laboratory and the Maricopa County Downtown Court Tower. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Jeff Kratzke, RLA, ASLA has been selected to lead Olsson Associates’ landscape architecture and urban planning practice out of the firm’s Phoenix office. He has 25 years of public- and private-sector experience and has been with Olsson for 12 years.
Jerry Summers was promoted to the role of account manager at Quadna, a DXP Co., Phoenix, where he will reach out to engineering firms, contractors and general industrial accounts in the metro Phoenix area.Randy Baker has been hired as a service technician and F.J. Perlich was hired as applications engineer. Garrett Beane was promoted to engineering manager while Mike Wetherell is now the account manager for industrial/municipal sales.
Kyle Best has been added to Beaudin Ganze Consulting Engineers Inc.’s Albuquerque office. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, he will perform mechanical engineering for BGCE’s educational, medical, commercial and government clients.

Lori M. Lea has joined JMA Architecture Studios as a strategic development professional. She will be responsible for new business and client maintenance for public including federal and commercial studios. Lea is an active member of NAIOP, co-chair of the Spotlight Awards program and secretary/board of directors of Southern Nevada Public Television/Vegas PBS. She was formerly associated with Dekker/Perish/Sabatini.
Jerry B. Paz, P.E. has been elected to serve as President of the New Mexico Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers for 2010-11. Paz is vice president of Molzen Corbin in the Las Cruces office and has been with the firm more than 26 years.

Russ Korcuska was promoted to health care division manager at Kitchell in the firm’s Phoenix office. A 17-year veteran, Korcuska previously acted as project director on projects such as the Phoenix Children’s Hospital expansion. He is a board member of the Arizona Builders’ Alliance.

Kenneth Lufkin, AIA, LEED AP joins the Phoenix office of LEO A DALY as vice president, director of operations. With nearly 25 years of experience within the architecture and engineering profession, Lufkin previously served as managing principal for the Phoenix office of KKE Architects. He obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from Arizona State University in Tempe.
