Lend Lease has appointed Scott Stutman director of New York development operations and development project management. Anthony Mannion has been promoted to executive general manager.

STV has named Will I. Flores as a vice president in its transportation and infrastructure division. Prior to joining STV, Flores performed project management duties for the MTA New York City Transit flood mitigation improvement initiative along the Upper West Side on 86th Street and in Lower Manhattan on West Broadway as well as for other initiatives throughout the city and upstate New York.

Spector Group has added new staff members. Pamela Mazzola joined as a senior interior designer, and Christie Brala as an interior designer. Danielle Schmidt, Madeline Korony and Laura Lievano joined the firm as intermediate architects, and Weizhe “Will” Wu as virtual animator.

Duane Morris LLP has appointed Mark A. Canizio, a partner in its New York office, head of the firm’s 95-lawyer construction practice group. Previously, he served as vice-chair.

Robert Ulrich has been promoted by MWH Global to vice president and area manager. He is based in New York City.

Gilbane Building Co. has promoted Brennan Gilbane Koch to business development manager in New York. Previously, she worked for three years as manager of partner and client relations. Skanska USA has promoted Jim O’Shea to chief ethic and compliance officer. Previously, he served as senior vice president, human resources. Nicole Didda has been promoted to chief communications officer. She has been with the company for six years. Mel Jones has been promoted to national director of diversity and inclusion. Jones joined Skanska in 2010 and previously served as diversity manager for the company’s Northwest region.

CetraRuddy has announced that Ximena Rodriguez has been named a partner. She has been with the firm since 2006 and also serves as principal and director of interior design.

Lori Katzman has joined HNTB Corp. as senior project manager and vice president in the company’s rail transit group. She is based in New York City.

RJN Group Inc. has elevated Daniel H. Jackson to managing principal. He has been with the company since 2003.

Turner Construction Co. has promoted three staff members in its New York office. Charlie Whitney has been appointed vice president and general manager, Bobby Hubner will serve as vice president and construction executive and Pat Murray has been named vice president and construction executive.

Dewberry has promoted Katherine Dewkett to senior associate and department manager of the site/civil transportation group. Currently, she serves as project manager for the Bruckner Expressway Viaduct Rehabilitation project for NYSDOT.

David Thurston has been named vice president and national technical director within the transit and rail technical excellence center of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. Prior to joining the firm, he was a vice president of an international engineering firm, serving as the rail and transit sector manager.

Hunter Roberts Construction Group has appointed Michael Beirne vice president and general manager of interiors. He is based in New York City.
