Mortenson Construction has promoted Gene Hodge to vice president, project development, for the firm’s Denver operating group.
 

Architect Jim Otradosky has been elected a principal stockholder with Boise-based CSHQA. He has been with the firm for 16 years.
 

Haselden Construction has promoted Derek Oliver to vice president of the preconstruction and virtual design and construction departments. He will continue to manage those tasks for the firm’s Wyoming division. Scott Edwards joins the Haselden development team in the new role of real estate development manager.
 

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association has selected Paul Chipman of Jack B. Parson Cos. as the 2015 NRMCA Ready Mixed Concrete Delivery Professional Driver of the Year.
 

Mark Arnold has been named operations manager for GH Phipps Construction Cos.’ northern Colorado markets. He is based in Fort Collins. Louis Primak, with more than 30 years of construction experience, is the firm’s new construction operations manager, based in Denver. Randy Bennett has joined GH Phipps as a general superintendent.
 

Keo Frazier joins development firm McWhinney as vice president of marketing. Most recently, she worked as senior director of marketing for Shaw Construction.
 

Monroe & Newell Engineers Inc. has named David Kast and Ryan Barth as principals of the firm. Both have extensive experience with many project types.
 

Community and landscape architecture firm Design Concepts has hired three new employees: Melanie Ames is a landscape architect and designer; Billy Braasch has experience in landscape architecture, drafting and graphic design; and Lisa Langer is a 20-year-veteran landscape architect and planner.
 

Dave Sandlin, formerly a Saunders Construction project executive, is now the vice president of Fort Collins-based Heath Construction LLC, which is 50% owned by Saunders. Sandlin will work in conjunction with Randy DeMario, Heath president. Justin Cooper joins Saunders as vice president of project development, based in the Denver office.
 

Jason Miranowski joins GE Johnson Construction Co. as a construction executive with expertise in the health care, higher education, sports/entertainment, advanced technology, corporate office and renewable-energy markets. Paul Sweeney joins the firm as an MEP manager, and Laura Rinker as marketing director, supporting the company’s vertical and geographic market expansion. William Jones joins GE Johnson as a project development manager.
 

Farnsworth Group Inc. has named Dave Buesser a principal. Buesser joined the firm in 2012 as part of the company’s acquisition of Colorado Springs-based Systems Engineering.
 

W.E. O’Neil Construction Co. has added two marketing coordinators: Becca Collinson joins the firm from Prologis and Taylor Powers comes from Easter Seals Colorado.
