Norwalk Hospital is planning a patient pavilion worth up to $50 million. The project includes a 200,000-sq-ft building. The structure will include intensive care and step down units as well as a surgical unit for inpatient procedures. Advancement of the project is pending state and local approvals. Yale-New Haven Hospital is proposing the $838-million New Neurosciences Center and Parking Garage Addition on the Saint Raphael Campus in New Haven.
