Ed White has been promoted to president of TDIndustries. White will oversee the company’s Arizona operations and three North Texas business units. He will also join TD’s executive leadership team. White led design-build preconstruction of the Cardinals stadium and also served as part of the project teams of numerous hospital, mission-critical and higher-education campus projects throughout Arizona. White is a board member and past president of the Arizona Builders Alliance.
Sundt Construction has announced the addition of two employees in its Tempe office: Brian Lawrenson and Danielle Intorf. Intorf will serve as a business development representative for Sundt’s transportation group, while Lawrenson will serve as a senior superintendent for the company’s hospitality and mixed-use projects.
Kurt Radtke has been hired as senior project manager for McCarthy Building Cos.’ Southwest region’s health care team in Phoenix. Radtke will manage efforts on the $106-million emergency department and patient tower expansion project at Banner Boswell in Sun City, Ariz. He has more than two decades of experience leading numerous hospital construction projects in Alaska, Arizona, Oregon and Washington.
Lloyd Flowers has been added to McCarthy Building Cos.’ Southwest region as project director. Previously, he was project director for McCarthy’s Southern region in Atlanta and spent six years at Fort Bliss Replacement Hospital in El Paso, Texas. Flowers has 33 years of experience in the construction industry, most of it with McCarthy.
Jon-Paul Jaramillo has been promoted to talent acquisition manager for Sundt Construction. A six-year veteran of the company, Jaramillo has served as a senior talent acquisition specialist, building a team that hired numerous administrative professionals and interns. A Phoenix native, Jaramillo has been in the talent acquisition industry since 2007, specializing in the information technology and construction sectors.
Las Vegas-based Grand Canyon Development Partners recently announced that Ted M. Cienfuegos has been hired as senior project manager and that Bob Seliga has joined the firm as a project manager. Cienfuegos will oversee development and construction management of hospitality projects. His current assignment is The Drew Las Vegas. Seliga will oversee the management operations of different projects, including Phase 2 of the Credit One Bank headquarters in the southwest valley and the Anthem Center in Henderson.
SCS Engineers’ Arizona office recently named Dana Justice as a marketing specialist. Justice will oversee marketing and business development in Arizona, California and Nevada for the environmental services firm. She previously worked in the firm’s San Diego office.
JoyceLynn Lagula is the new design director for Las Vegas architecture firm Wilson Associates. She will oversee the firm’s various projects, one of them being Resorts World in Las Vegas, in partnership with Campbell Collective. Lagula’s portfolio includes high-profile clients such as Holland Casino and MGM Resorts.
Jeff Palmer has been promoted to executive vice president for business development for Layton Construction’s Intermountain West markets in Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. Prior to joining Layton, Palmer, an 18-year employee with the company, worked for GSBS Architects.
