Flintco has hired four industry veterans to lead its Denver office. Steve Eikanger is the Denver vice president/area manager. He has spent the past 23 years of his professional career in Colorado and the Western U.S.  J.W. Stamison serves as Flintco’s Denver vice president, leading business development, marketing and client relationships. He is an active member of several community-based boards and AEC organizations. Matt Middleton is director of preconstruction, and Dave Kenney is a senior superintendent.

Andrea Kier has joined Boise’s CSHQA as a senior marketing coordinator. She brings 10 years of experience to the company.

Hord Coplan Macht has added Tracey Graham as senior health care consultant, expanding its services in the health care sector.

Project analytics provider Dodge Data & Analytics has appointed Richard Branch as chief economist and Kim Kennedy as director of forecasting. Branch succeeds Robert Murray, Dodge’s long-standing chief economist and vice president, who retired at the end of August.

Sundt Construction Inc. has hired Jasen Bennie to serve as intermountain area manager for the transportation group, working out of the firm’s Salt Lake City office. Bennie brings more than 19 years of construction and senior management experience to his new role.
 

Pinkard Construction has promoted Sarah Williams to virtual design manager, expanding the company’s virtual construction and design integration and preconstruction services. Williams joined Pinkard in 2015 as a project engineer after working in various architecture roles.
 

Brendan Gill has been named complex bridge technical lead at WSP USA. Gill has worked with many diverse bridge forms and construction methods throughout his 22-year career. Before joining WSP, he served in technical leadership roles at several top-tier engineering firms.
 

Chris Morton, senior estimator for Howell Construction, has been elected first vice president of the American Society of Professional Estimators at the national level. He serves on the governance, strategic planning and finance committees as well as oversees the association’s technical committee.

Stanley Consultants has named Frank Johns as chief engineer. He is responsible for technical quality, innovation, training and efficiency for all markets and disciplines. The firm also announced that Kirk Rabius will lead the smart cities program. He previously led smart city work at Jacobs and AECOM.

Colorado-based contractor Taylor Kohrs recently promoted Leah Jones to preconstruction manager. Jones has five years of experience at the firm as a senior estimator and nearly two decades of overall construction industry experience.

BOMAG Americas Inc. has hired Matt Nelson as director of dealer sales, West region and Canada. Nelson will be responsible in those regions for the company’s distribution and field sales team.
