GE Johnson Construction Co. has hired Adam Burrington and Mark Huber as construction executives to lead the firm’s expanding market sectors along Colorado’s Front Range.
The Denver office of SM&W has added two new team members. William Scabora is a senior consultant in AV and IT infrastructure. Scabora performs both predictive and investigative analysis in voice and data topologies. Robert Healey is an associate in AV and theater systems design.
Flintco has added employees in its Denver office. They include project director Anthony Oyewole, project manager Charlie Brackman, assistant superintendent Brennen Knerr, senior project manager Harry Knight, superintendent Wayne Saiz and corporate marketing manager Michelle Koca.
Gensler has promoted Michelle Liebling to managing director in the Denver office. She joins Jon Gambrill, who has served as a managing director since 2013.
The company also has promoted 10 other people in its Denver office.
Julie Guirl, Juan Padilla, Rebekah Wagoner and Austin Zike were promoted to associate. Joy Hughes, Ronnie Leone, Erin Vinezeano and Michael Yeager were promoted to senior associate. Christy Headlee and Alex Garrison were promoted to design director. Leone also is serving as studio director.
Natalie Miller has returned to CSHQA as an interior designer III. Miller worked for the firm from 1991-2003 creating interiors for an array of diverse projects.
JVA Inc. has promoted Derek Pedersen to structural principal and Boulder, Colo., structural department manager.
Swinerton has promoted several staff in its Denver office. Matt Curtis, Chad Holajter and Adam Lulay have been named project executives. Aaron Branham has been named division project controls manager. Shelby Boardman has been promoted to project manager. Kyle Clanton is now a superintendent. Swinerton also promoted JD Wermerskirchen to assistant superintendent. The following people were promoted to senior project engineers: Charlotte Schmitz, Jordan Deuser, Murphy Dutcher and Rick Fowler.
Ray Schieferecke, regional manager of the construction/design-guild group in the Rocky Mountain region for Burns & McDonnell, has been promoted to vice president.
Jennifer Dodson is now a department manager for the firm, developing, managing and recruiting design professionals.
ECI Site Construction has promoted Selina Cook to chief operating officer. Cook began her career at ECI in 2003 as a part-time receptionist. She started the new position just before her 17-year anniversary with the company in March.
Chris Williams has joined Stantec as senior vice president leading the firm’s U.S. federal program.
Ronald Sally has joined JLL’s project and development services team as a senior vice president to lead its sports and entertainment and higher education sectors in the West. He is based in Denver.
