Working under an accelerated schedule, a joint venture of PCL Industrial Construction and Black & Veatch delivered a new ethylene export terminal for Enterprise Products on time and on budget. The EPC team worked around existing pipelines and operational facilities between October 2018 and December 2019 in order to meet the facility’s first loading milestone. The project’s scope included installing a new train for processing ethylene with numerous tie-ins; routing utilities; and delivering compressor makeup streams to the new facility. Hundreds of units of equipment—including stationary, rotating and skid-mounted equipment—were also installed.
