Heading into 2022, Wise continues to see strength in the company’s industrial, higher education and K-12 school markets as well as multifamily developments in downtown Greenville. Continuing materials shortages and price escalation are continuing to combine to make project pursuits “not quite as fun as it could be,” says Wise. “There’s a lot of communication and collaboration to mitigate risk for all parties and be successful at delivering the project on time and on budget, but it’s just harder to do that right now.”
