McShane Completes Dallas Medical Office Building

Dallas-based McShane Development Co.’s Healthcare Division built a Class A four-story medical office facility at 10740 North Central Expressway in Dallas. It was completed in December.
North American Spine leased 8,000-sq-ft in the 92,000-sq-ft, three-story building. Denver-based Marasco & Associates Inc. and Richardson-based Alliance Architects provided the architectural services for the project that includes both the shell design together with the design and layout of each individual medical tenant suite.
