Bandera Preston Tower is a core-and-shell Class AA office tower located in a congested residential and business district in Dallas. During Phase 1, the Austin Commercial team constructed a new Chase Motor Bank in an old parking lot at one end of the site, then demolished the existing bank to build the 195,000-sq-ft, nine-story office tower and 191,000-sq-ft, six-level parking garage for 485 cars.

The tower has a post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete frame with a Vierendeel truss system on the east side that allows the corners on each level to cantilever over each other. A structural glass wall encloses the three-level main lobby. The project is pending LEED Silver certification.
