The new recenter building, completed in May, was designed for Hope Harbor/recenter, which is a non-profit group whose mission is to provide rehabilitation services to Houston’s homeless population. Residents can gain easy access to public transit via METRORail.

Three Finalists Up for ENR Texas & Louisiana's 2020 Project of the Year

Every year, ENR Texas & Louisiana's Best Projects contest honors one project as the overall Project of the Year. To find this winner, our independent industry judges put forth nominees from the Best Projects winners they have already selected. These nominees are then presented to the entire judging panel, who vote for what they believe is the very best project in this year's competition.

This year, our judges selected three finalists for Project of the Year. The winner will be announced at our October 23 virtual Best Projects celebration.
