With its prominent location, this 153,200-sq-ft headquarters project aims to serve as a future gateway to a new corporate campus in Fort Worth. The Class A office building, which accommodates 785 employees, includes both open and closed offices with redundant power for all critical workstations and processes; boardrooms; training rooms; conference rooms; meeting and collaboration areas; production rooms; and break rooms. All five levels of the building include open air balconies. The second floor includes a pedestrian bridge tie-in from an existing parking structure. Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the building aims to support both operational efficiency and employee well-being. Despite 60 days of weather delays, the project was delivered on schedule.
