L+M Development Partners is the 2024 ENR NY Owner of the Year
The 2024 ENR New York Owner of the Year, as chosen by ENR’s editors, is L+M Development Partners.
The firm will be profiled in the April 15 print issue of ENR New York.
Founded in 1984, L+M has been on the forefront of innovative affordable housing developments across the country and has had an ongoing commitment to foster economically diverse communities by developing mixed-income and mixed-use buildings in a variety of urban markets in New York’s tristate region and beyond.
In 2022, the firm launched LMXD, a new affiliated platform to focus on expanding its active mixed-income and market-rate development business. It joins L+M Fund Management, the existing independent investment management business, which continues to focus on investing institutional capital at scale in affordable and workforce housing investments in New York City and across high-growth U.S. markets.
