In addition to adding two land bridges over Memorial Drive that connect the north and south sides of Houston’s largest park, this project added acreage of green space back into the park and heals the divide that Memorial Drive previously created by cutting the urban wilderness park in half for generations.

This $11.3-million multiphase expansion included renovations and the shell space build-out for a 20,000-sq-ft addition at Memorial Hermann’s Texas Medical Center campus.

In an effort to reconstruct and expand 7.64 miles of roadway along the IH-10 corridor in Austin County, crews expanded the existing two main lane and two-way frontage roads into six main lanes with three in each direction along with one-way frontage roads on opposing sides.

Located at the heart of UT Arlington’s main campus is its newest facility, featuring a mix of classrooms; flexible and state-of-the-art technology; enriched learning spaces; teaching and research labs; faculty and staff offices; study and support spaces; and infrastructure support space.

This 74,500-sq-ft LEED Silver school serves students ages 3-22 with severe special needs, including medically fragile children, providing tailored educational opportunities and instruction to increase their independence and improve quality of life.

The Texas Medical Center’s latest tower rises 12 stories and features more than 360,000 sq ft of medical build-out space, including suites for diagnostics, radiation therapy and 40,000 sq ft of conference and executive office space.

Made possible by a public-private partnership, this new courthouse in downtown Austin addresses the evolving workforce and the skills needed to better serve the public.
