This project transformed a former big box store in downtown Salt Lake City into a state-of-the-art, 94,000-sq-ft working lab for a leading pharmaceutical research company.

This Utah Dept. of Transportation project expanded Redwood Road from two to seven lanes, improving conditions for commuters traveling between Saratoga Springs and North Salt Lake. 

The Bangerter Highway is a major north-south artery serving Salt Lake County that also provides access to Salt Lake City International Airport.

This facility houses the university’s executive education programs and an expanded business career services center along with administrative and faculty space.

Two interconnected buildings create the new Fine Arts Building on the Boise State University campus. 

The Westpointe Career and Technical Center is home to Salt Lake Community College’s programs in advanced composites, welding fabrication, solar energy, diesel mechanics and commercial driving.

This eight-story courthouse includes 16 courtrooms, offices and judicial spaces, a public lobby, prisoner transport areas, holding cells, space for public services and an elevated plaza designed to encourage public engagement with the facility.
