While several firms in the mid-Atlantic region continue to see gradual improvements in revenues, a large majority has yet to see a return to pre-recession levels. In 2008, the top 10 contractors tallied combined revenues of $10.7 billion. In this year’s survey, which ranks 2013 revenue, the top 10 contractors reported $ 9 billion in combined revenues. Of the 31 contractors on this year’s list top 50 list that also reported 2008 revenues, only seven firms garnered higher revenues in 2013 than 2008.
