ENR New York congratulates Intercounty Constructors, a joint venture team of Granite Construction, Corman Construction and G.A. & F.C. Wagman, which submitted the winning entry in this year’s N.Y. Region Best Projects competition. The project, Intercounty Connector, Contract A in Montgomery County, MD, was one of 98 entries chosen by a panel of industry veterans from the region.
In addition, the judges selected 27 projects as winners in 17 categories. The project teams for all the winning entries will be recognized at an awards breakfast held on Nov. 8 at the McGraw-Hill Headquarters at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.
