Last week, we announced the recipients of ENR New York’s Best Project and Award of Merit honors – contestants who scored highest in their categories during this year’s regional competition.

Now we’re ready to name the competition’s three overall finalists – one of which will be announced in November as ENR New York’s Project of the Year. They are, in alphabetical order:

• 53W53, Residential/Hospitality Best Project winner, submitted by Lendlease (US) Construction LMB Inc.
• LaGuardia Airport, Terminal B Arrivals and Departures Hall (Headhouse), Airport/Transit Best Project winner, submitted by Skanska USA
• The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Health Care Best Project winner, submitted by Perkins Eastman

These three projects were selected from all the Best Project category winners, based on judges’ careful deliberation. They and all the winners will be featured in the November Best Projects issue of ENR New York.
