From these Finalists, one will emerge as the New York region's Project of the Year for 2021.
After announcing this year's categorical honorees in the ENR New York Best Projects contest, it's time to reveal the top three projects to earn our judges' highest marks. They are, in alphabetical order:
- Little Island, submitted by Arup: Best Project, Landscape/Urban Development
- Moynihan Train Hall, submitted by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and WSP USA Inc.: Best Project, Airport/Transit; Award of Merit, Excellence in Sustainability
- One Vanderbilt, submitted by Jaros, Baum & Bolles: Best Project, Office/Retail/Mixed Use; Award of Merit, Excellence in Sustainability
One of these three will be named Project of the Year in the November 2021 issue of ENR New York. All of our winners will also be profiled in that edition — and all will be feted at the Nov. 15 awards breakfast.
