ENR New York announced the 2023 Best Projects award winners last month. The contest's industry judges have also selected finalists for Best Overall Project of the Year.

To be considered for this honor, a project had to be a Best Project-level winner as opposed to an Award of Merit winner in its individual category.

The overall Project of the Year for the New York region will be announced in the November issue of ENR New York and the project team will be honored at our awards event on Nov. 17 in New York.
