ENR Texas & Louisiana is honored to announce the winners of the 2013 Best Projects competition, honoring the top projects in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
Our independent jury of six judges poured over more than 80 entries to recognize 27 winners in 19 categories. We’d like to thank everyone on this year’s panel of judges:

- Brad Brown, President/CEO, TEXO;
- Mike Holland, Executive Vice President, ACCE;

- James Smith, Professor, Department of Construction Science, Texas A&M University.
Nineteen projects were awarded the highest honor of “Best Project” in their respective categories. These projects will advance to the national competition to be considered for a “Best of the Best” national award.
The caliber of projects was so strong this year that the judges have selected five finalists for this year’s Best Overall Project in the region.
