ENR Southwest will produce its annual ranking of the Top Design Firms working in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico in the May issue. As a preview, here is a list of the 70 firms that submitted surveys that will appear in the ranking. The firms are in alphabetical order here, but when the list is published in May, you will be able to see how they rank in overall revenue, revenue by state, and revenue in a variety of categories including sustainable design, structural engineering and landscape architecture.
Last year's ranking participants saw $1.24 billion of work in 2010 revenue, a slide of 5% from the previous year. Will this year's ranking, based on 2011 revenue, show a continued slide, or did design firms start seeing a turnaround? Check back in May to find out.
