It's hard to believe, but it's time once again to announce the winners of this year's Best Projects contest. This is the 14th year for ENR Southeast's annual project excellence program, and once again our judges have spoken, and determined which projects represent the "best" construction and design achievements of the past year for the Southeast region.
Reviewing this year's contenders and determining final winners was no easy task. ENR Southeast received nearly 100 entries, with the submittals for two categories—Health Care and Higher Education/Research—each numbering 15 or more.

Because of the number of entries we received this year, ENR Southeast divided up the entries for review by two separate panels of judges. After the judges scored each entry, the respective panels then met via conference call to discuss the ratings and determine final winners. In the end, judges recognized 44 projects representing 19 different categories.
As always, all of the winning projects will be highlighted in the upcoming November issue of ENR Southeast. And, of course, these projects will be recognized at our annual Best Projects Awards Luncheon, scheduled to be held Nov. 11 in Orlando. Now, here are this year's winners, listed by category, along with the name of the submitting firm. Congrats to all!
