Eric Cushman serves as the Operations Manager for Gilbane Building Company’s Connecticut operations, overseeing offices in Glastonbury and Stamford. In addition, he is managing the deployment of Gilbane’s new robotics platforms created though a joint venture with NeXtera Robotics. Previously, Eric led Gilbane’s Special Projects Group in Connecticut, advancing team collaboration and fostering strategic growth. Eric was also responsible for business development and driving new growth in Connecticut across all market sectors.
