He works with regional field teams, individual project teams and all construction professionals to develop, train and verify necessary skills related to safety, technology, scheduling, budgets, communications and compliance. Drawing on his background as a highly successful Field Coordinator and his proven ability to adjust his management style to accommodate different personalities, occupations and experience levels, Josh develops, conducts and implements complete training programs and materials.
