Josh Johnson is an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company supporting clients on major capital projects and operational productivity transformations in Real Estate, Construction and Manufacturing settings. Before joining McKinsey, Josh worked as a Global Operations Improvement Leader with Columbus, IN based engine manufacturer Cummins inc. where he led several transformation initiatives in global manufacturing plants. Josh earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial & Operations engineering from the University of Michigan where he is also an alumnus of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations and holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of business.
