Lucas Manos joined Ryan Companies in 2022 as a Senior Innovation Manager – Emerging Technology. Lucas has spent his career in construction and his passion as a builder is evident in all aspects of his work. In addition to his knowledge of construction technology practices, Lucas brings a well-rounded background of Virtual Design and Construction, project management, cost management, estimating, pre-construction, and field-based workflows. Lucas is dedicated to expanding his own knowledge through his work as a Masters of Business Administration candidate at the Pennsylvania State University World Campus, with a dedicated focus on Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management.
