Andrea Janzen (she/her) is the founder and CEO of Ambition Theory, a leadership development company that helps women in construction advance their careers and companies build workplaces where everyone can thrive. She is a Certified Executive Coach with an MBA, the host of the Ambition Theory Podcast, a Forbes contributor, and a top-rated speaker.

In 2023, Ambition Theory and the National Center for Construction Education and Innovation (NCCER) published Building Better: A Women In Construction Report, which sheds light on the untapped potential of women in the construction industry and the systemic challenges they face in their path to leadership.

Ambition Theory partners with the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC) to deliver the NAWIC Leadership Academy. This 8-week program helps construction women develop their unique brand of transformational leadership and take their careers to the next level.
