M. Gayle Packer, board chair, CEO and president, leads Terracon, an Engineering News-Record top 25 consulting engineering firm providing environmental, geotechnical, facilities, and materials services.
Serving in multiple leadership roles at Terracon, Gayle has been instrumental in Terracon’s growth, coordinating the acquisition of more than 50 companies, and expanding Terracon to over 5,000 employees in 150 offices nationwide.
She currently serves on local, regional and national non-profit boards of directors, including the ACE Mentor Program, Construction Industry Round Table (CIRT) and Design Professionals Coalition.
