Jackie G. Naumann is a project engineer and estimator at Zachry Construction Corp. based in Charlotte, N.C. who joined the firm in 2018. She had been a cost manager; business controller and design engineer at Skanska, working for the firm in the US and Sweden on several large P3 and other projects and a Skanska Stretch participant for two years. She says what started out as an assignment as a cost engineer led to a successful career in cost analysis, process and procedure evaluation, and gaining experience in building effective teams. Jackie also was a transportation engineer for the North Carolina Dept. of Transportation. She holds BS degrees in civil engineering and in French literature from Penn State University.

Host Jackie Naumann, a Zachry Construction project engineer, is a founding member and current head of Zachry Women Breaking Ground, its first employee resource group (ERG), which focuses on recruiting, retaining, and developing women in construction. She will share insights on how to launch and generate momentum for an ERG, obtain buy-in at all levels to create a support network of male allies and promote the talents of women in your organization.
